The Leadership Board is a team of volunteers coming together empowering staff to accomplish the strategic initiatives of the FCA ministry by utilizing diverse abilities and skills. Their duties include: helping set staff vision, direction and expansion, and working with the Regional Director on evaluating local staff. The relationship between FCA staff and Leadership Board is one of mutual accountability and responsibility in a harmonious team effort. The longevity, stability, and leadership of an area rests in the hands of a healthy, involved, local leadership board.
